Research on store activity, target market, purchasing habits, surrounding businesses, to collate marketing strategies to increase sales.

We meet to discuss your need, your brand and what you are looking for. This can be done in person, on zoom or via telephone.

We prepare a formal proposal with costings on how Wayfarer Media can assist you going forward

Proposal is concluded and we send out a contract for your approval and commitment of the project, including an invoice for 50% of the work upfront before we commence. In some cases, we might ask for 75% upfront. Depending on the job.

Once we receive your deposit and signed agreement we commence work on your plan for the month, including scheduling meetings and photoshoots. We use your library if you have one until we need to replenish this through photoshoots.

We get access to all your social media accounts and use the information from step four to plan your monthly social media grid - and we have a systematic way of working online for you to access our work at all times as well as for all other information that we need from you, using google drive.
